I need to mention something about the amazing staff: we forgot my friend’s bag at the reception when we were already a couple of hours away from the hotel. A staff member, Aimee, kindly organized a courier and had it delivered to the other place we were staying within 30 minutes. We are incredibly grateful to her and we absolutely recommend this hotel!

I loved everything about my stay. And the Benbulbin view out the window was just cherry on top. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was spacious and well-designed, the bed was super comfy, and I was able to get great sleep. Our room was exceptionally equipped with everything you could ever need, ie. binder listing attractions and restaurants (including menus), folding table, power bar for the plug behind the bed to make it accessible at the side of the bed, note paper, tea, cookies, candies, in the washroom specialty hand lotion and Q-tips, wooden board games, etc. Room was a great size and had a luggage rack as well.
