I was fortunate to have a free room upgrade through booking.com. My room was massive! I was originally supposed to be staying in my rented campervan, but the local campsite was closed and the weather forecast was for rain. I'm sorry I never got the lady's name on the front desk, but she was amazing! Really lovely and engaging. Recommended that I go to the local pool for a soak in their hot tubs. Best advice ever! Great selection for breakfast

Extremely comfortable beds and a lovely hot shower. Peaceful surroundings and we couldn’t hear the rooms next door. Breakfast was laid out already (so not hot options apart from make your own toast) and good for us as vegetarians.

Lovely place, we got upgraded from a double room to a cabin which was really nice. Very tasty breakfast and amazing dinner. The lamb meat was soo good! Super nice staff and excellent value for money. Beautiful views, especially from the restaurant/porch. You can see three glaciers while having breakfast! <3 Best shower we had in all Iceland! :D

We were upgraded to a private bathroom, which was lovely and definitely added to our experience! The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and having tea/coffee available in the common room in the evening was a nice added bonus!
