Amazing location! Very friendly staff, parking was very easy and had Anja meet us at the car park and take us to the hotel. Only regret wasn’t staying long enough there! Made us feel very comfortable and helped celebrate our honeymoon!

Everything was perfect. It is a cute family hotel that has everything you need: comfortable rooms, great swimming pool with service for drinks and food, good breakfast... The staff were all super friendly and location is perfect. In the city centre but not noisy at all, close to the lake and plenty of restaurants and shops. Totally recommend it!

We were sad that we only stayed one night as we couldn't make the most of this beautiful apartment. The interior design is beautiful and everything is of excellent quality. The balcony is spacious and parking is included. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place.

We were made very welcome by genuinely friendly and nice staff. We were given a drink and had a chat with Rita about Bardolino and the surrounding area. Rita and the other lady at the desk (I didn't get her name unfortunately) were very nice and helpful. The maids were nice ladies too and very professional. Couldn't fault our room. A wide range of breakfast options- ham, cheese, eggs, salads, cereals, cakes, breads, fruit and plenty of good coffee! A nice range of teas as well. It's definitely worth paying extra for breakfast at Gardenia. The Restaurant across the road is fantastic and worth a visit, Le Palafitte, and if you stay at the Gardenia you can get discount on your meal.
