The location just excellent in the centre of Como. The room for our family was perfect size. The host is very friendly with amazing service.Even helped with the parking place for our car.

The room was charming and large. The bathroom had loads of space as well, and an excellent shower. Stefano was super-attentive, and had the fridge stocked with water, fanta and wine - all of which was hugely appreciated. The location couldn't have been better - a block away from the main streets of the old town, and only a few hundred meters from the funicular train to Brunate. We'd recommend to anyone looking to stay in Como City.

First, I am fortunate to deal with the owner of the apartment and her sister, who were very kind and generous, and I also liked the cleanliness of the apartment and its new furnishings. And the breakfast was excellent, the Location is acceptable.

Perfectly clean in an amazing location. 5 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the center of the city, 2 minutes from the lake. Very nice breakfast.

Everything was perfect, very nice people, the place is absolutely lovely, in the old town, cozy and If we will come back we will choose again.

My husband and I stayed at the Palace Hotel for a few nights over new years. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the food and drinks in the Garden bar and found it great value for money. We will definitely be back!
