We enjoyed our stay at Kronplazter hof thoroughly. The hotel is very pleasant and well run. Our suite was modern, spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a few minutes from the ski lifts Olang. The room was quiet and our double bed super comfortable, we slept very well. The food is tasty and the meals are huge (half board). Marianna, Massimo and the staff take care of every single detail. We will definitely come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We were particularly impressed with the delightful afternoon snack provided by the hotel, which was a lovely treat. Additionally, the gourmet dinner was an absolute highlight of our stay, featuring exquisite dishes and impeccable presentation. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, we highly recommend hotel for anyone visiting the area. The perfect location. A two minute walk from the hotel at you're at a cable car which takes you over 2,000m up Kronplatz, where you will enjoy breathtaking views - plus different hiking routes, great food and drinks (a lovely restaurant that wasn't overpriced) and even visit a gift shop! 31 Euro for a return trip - well worth the money. There's also a restaurant next door, with a separate bistro and steakhouse restaurant - reasonably priced for the area. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious! Lovely variety or meats and cheese, eggs as you like, fruits, cereals, breads, yoghurts and more pastries than a bakery! Yes there is no pool despite a rather misleading picture on Booking.com, BUT, don't let this put you off. There's is a fantastic leisure facility 4min drive away, where i think we got around 20-25% discount. For just 4 euro you enjoy the pools (you need a swimming hat for the proper lane-swimming pool) including a heated outdoor pool which was such a treat, esp at night. Plus a water-flume for kids. And then there's the spa (21 euro for spa and pools), which transports you into another world - an indoor and outdoor spa (you have to go naked in the sauna's). Very impressive - we went every day. Staff were very helpful and happy. Views from the room balcony were fantastic. Make sure you visit the local town of Bereck. Very vibrant and charming.

Very nice and cozy hotel, far from road noise. A large, comfortable, slightly old-fashioned room. Very friendly staff ready to help. View of the mountains from the balcony. In the morning we were woken up by cowbells and it was very nice. This hotel is one you want to return to.
