The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the port terminal providing access to the Borromean Islands. Another terminal is in Stresa, about a 20-minute walk along the scenic lakeside promenade (assuming you are visiting primarily for the Borromean Islands). The room is very nice, featuring a balcony with a table and two chairs. It also includes a refrigerator. The bathroom is fully equipped with all necessary toiletries. Breakfast is varied, delicious, and includes freshly prepared coffee of your choice. You can also reserve dinner if you wish. Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel. The staff — from receptionists to bartenders and waiters — are very helpful and friendly.

Thanks very much to Leonardo at reception, we arrived at 05:00 in the morning. And he found us a room we booked for next day. Thanks to management, it were without extra charges. We very appreciate it. And on our leaving manager treated us with coffee on our way ! Very good mattress, it were very important for me. I slept well. Good location and wonderful views on breakfast!

The location was great as it is at walking distance to everything: train station, restaurants, supermarkets and the lake. This was especially important to me as I didn’t have a car. The staff is welcoming, warm, helpful, accommodating (extra props to the breakfast lady who was so lovely and learned my breakfast preferences after day one and made me feel immediately at home). The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a single person.
