Location is brilliant, only a few minutes walk from the train station down the main road. Close to the shopping district and very quiet with rooms offering great views across the river. The staff were fantastic and friendly and the restaurant we went to for breakfast was brilliant with the range on offer

It was connected to the conference venue that I had to attend. It is also very close to the JR station. Everything was fine for me on this occasion.

A beautiful Japanese ryokan experience. We loved the private and public onsens - so relaxing. The staff were very helpful and made their best effort to accommodate our requests even with the language barrier (we don't speak any Japanese). Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the surrounding hills and walking trails were lovely to explore.

Everything was perfect. From location next to the ropeway and pirate ship to the food and amenities. The room are very pretty and very comfortable. We have also booked the private onsen as you can't go into the public one with tattoos, but it's common in Japan, so nothing to complain about.

Great hotel, wonderful and kind staff. They were accommodating to unusual requests. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. And an absolutely amazing view of Fuji-San. It was very nice to find out that we have rooms with an amazing view. I definitely recommend it.

When booking the hotel with my friend, we couldn’t select two identical rooms on Booking.com for some reason. We originally planned to discuss it with the hotel upon arrival, but when we got there, they upgraded us and arranged two adjacent rooms. In the morning, we could see Mount Fuji right outside our window. Plus, it was just a 2-minute walk to the pier. Every evening when we returned to the hotel, we could also enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot bath.

Room with lake view was stunning. We had a wonderful stay and all was just perfect for a relaxing and beautiful escape. We were lucky to have great weather and nice view over Fuji San. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and it was beyond delicious. The free shuttle from the train station to the hotel is also a big plus. Lovely and helpful staff on top of everything which made the experience absolument perfect
