The hotel exceeded my expectations - from the rooms to the staff and the pool area. Overall a great stay in a lovely setting. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There are two pools, where one can swim and relax. I absolutely adored the setting of the old Victorian house. Very clean, peaceful and yet very centrally located. Amazing breakfast included and the staff was very helpful and acommodating. Will gladly return.

Centrally located - a 2 minute walk to Independence monument and King Sihanouk statue and 1 minute walk to Vietnam-Cambodia friendship monument. Very comfortable rooms and well appointed. The view of the Buddhist temple and city skyline from the room's balcony was great. Staff were courteous and always smiling. Breakfast quite good

This is probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect; quiet and with a beautiful garden, but still quite central in the busy city that is Phnom-Penh. The personal approach, with a welcome drink, greeting by the owner, restaurant recommendations, friendly staff and the snack and robe waiting for you on the first night really add to the experience. The restaurant and breakfast area outside by the pool are amazing and the food is very fresh and tasty. Would recommend the french toast for breakfast! The rooms are very well decorated and despite some minor elements looking like they could use a slight touch up (paint in the room) they felt very well taken care of.

    The hotel is so beautifully designed, it is a haven in the middle of the city. It was so quiet, the plants and trees give a really nice atmosphere. The pool and breakfast area is really lovely to relax around, and the reception area was a lovely welcome. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and could not be more accommodating. The rooms are relaxing, through the stay we moved around the country so we stayed at this hotel twice and stayed in a standard and a premium and both were amazing!

    We loved absolutely everything about this funky, cool, calm, and welcoming hotel. From the minute we stepped into the property, we felt completely relaxed and welcomed. Two beautiful pools to choose from, amazing breakfast selection, and a delicious cocktail menu. The linen was crisp and white, rooms beautifully decorated and lovely bathroom with great products.

    Upgraded on arrival to a beautiful suite, it was so lovely we booked to stay an extra night. A real boutique hotel in a lovely neighbourhood close to the airport. Lovely tranquil atmosphere with a pool surrounded by plants. Breakfast was excellent and served in a great setting. Room facilities were top notch, even included a bottle of wine.

    beautiful free upgrade to a suite spacious comfortable breakfast was delicious staff attentive pool was wonderful only us there which made it special ! the water temperature spot on just right a really lovely hotel pool was a very relaxing space decor was thoughtful everything perfect
