First and foremost, we thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional service provided by the proprietor of the establishment, Chandana, and his colleague, also named Chandana, who drives a tuk-tuk and offered general assistance throughout our stay. Our care began even before arriving at the place when Chandana arranged a complimentary transfer from the Dambulla bus stop. They also organised fantastic trips to the upper part of the Dambulla Cave Monastery and the Lion Rock in Sigiriya. Chandana, the tuk-tuk driver, was a wonderful companion, sharing insightful, non-generic knowledge about the area and the everyday life of its residents. Despite the modest cost of our stay, all meals were of high quality, and the atmosphere created by Chandana and the team was jovial. They even organised short walks to a scenic rock spot for sunset views over the jungle and Sigiriya rock in the distance, a thoughtful touch allowing guests to share a great view and engage in friendly conversation. The room exceeded expectations for the price, with the AC in perfect working order and a very comfortable bed. In summary, the concierge-level service, the location, and the half-board high-quality meals collectively made our stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place for solo, couple, and family travellers visiting Dambulla and Sigiriya.

It’s not just a hotel, it’s an amazing experience, you are staying close to nature and you can meet a lot of animals on the territory of the hotel. The interior of the hotel is very stylish. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good, nothing like very special but a lot of choices, coffee was good. A lot of options for dinner, you can get buffet for around 20 $ or you can have fancy romantic dining in a cave for approximately 400 $. Small details were well chosen in the hotel, the room is simple but I love it, there is relaxing music that you can turn on and also small candle that you can fire and put near jacuzzi with amazing view.
