Everything was perfect! The building and rooms are in a very good condition, the hosts are amazingly friendly, respectful and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. There is air conditioning, a fridge and mosquito nets in the rooms, also bathroom amenities and coffee/tea making amenities.

everything, it is a nice room. good shower and good arco and bed. it is family that runs it. very nice people! they had the option to stay longer on the checkout day if I wanted to go to the beach and have a shower after, so nice. on availability I guess. close to the beach and bars but no noise at all! laundry available, very cheap thank you 😊

Me and my partner originally booked 3 nights, but we were so satisfied we decided to cancel other bookings and extend our stay in Peacock Villa for 3 more nights. Staff was very helpful and polite, they always helped with ordering tuktuks. When we arrived very late, they made us coffee, no questions asked. Breakfast was amazing, we could choose from 3 options each morning. Pool is very clean and the surroundings are beautiful. The view from our balcony was our favorite part - the jungle and a lot of monkeys (visiting us on balcony), birds, and trees full of fireflies😍 Beach was only 10 minutes walking distance. We highly recommend this place and would always come back!

The calm , serene atmosphere The staff were really kind and Polite Notable mention to Sambath , Chamara and ofcourse Gaya . He took care of us really well . Food was served with Love . And when we checked in they saw my wife's birthdate on the passport and arranged a birthday cake even when it was late and accompanied by a gift . That was really a surprise and damn sweet . It's really rejuvenating to have stayed here . it's a gem .

Excellent! Gorgeous Suite with high ceilings and jacuzzi in upgraded room. Perfectly designed and modern. Stylish pool and restaurant. "High tea" served in room is AMAZING! Location is perfect for visiting famous Coconut Hill and Parrot Rock with turtle snorkeling right in front! Try oven fired pizza at Surf Shack nearby overlooking Parrot Rock for sunset. Whale snorkeling with Maduzz Whale Watching company was an amazing experience! If you need a manicure T Nails did my Christmas gel nails beautifully and Sunset Yoga is there. Breakfast is so nice with friendly staff. Everything nice!

Everything was perfect. We got the (awesome) sea room view, it was so nice to wake up with the noice of the ocean and we even saw a turtle swimming in the see from our balcony. Everything was very clean. The hotel staff Nassim and the others were so friendly and helpful. They arranged everything we asked in no time and he is really funny and sweet! Also the breakfast was really good. One of the best breakfasts we had in our hole trip to Sri Lanka! We will definitely come back!

The location is perfect, directly on the beach. Nice, huge swimingpool. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. I thing this hotel was our best choise in Mirissa.

Everything was excellent! The front desk staff were very gentlemanly, the room was clean, and it had all the essentials: two shower towels, a beach towel, hot water, air conditioning, shampoo, and conditioner. The hotel’s entrance is also very beautiful.
