It was a perfect one-night stay, great value for the money. The rooms were clean and functional, we got a complementary water bottle and we could easily fill it up in the common area. The garden is really beautiful with a nice pool to cool off. There is coffee, tea and cake offered in the morning. Safe parking space inside the property. A lot of restorants outside and only 5-10 minute ride to Chichén Itzá.

Excellent hotel. Very authentic old "jungle style" hacienda with very relaxed atmosphere, super service and gorgeous setting.

Great room and hotel decor, traditional. Close to chichen itza although still need to drive ten mins as back entrance still not opened.

The location, the hotel itself is beautiful and charming, the staff are friendly helpful and proffesional , I rate everything highly expect for one thing which I think the hotel managers need to look at seriously its in the what i didnt like ... I will still give a 10 plus regardless as it really is a great place to stay ....
