I liked everything: the room, the furniture, the central heating, the bathroom, the cleanliness, the mattress, the welcome (free) tea / coffee, the decoration, the breakfast (not included but with great food for a fabulous price), and the sympathy and availability of the staff.

The swimming pool is amazing. We really appreciated using the pool and the garden when we came back from our trips from mountains. The staff are very nice, Mr. Berne and his family should be very proud of his family business. Everything was perfect.

The hoast was fantastic, helpfull and assisting with any needs or advices we had or asked. The accomodation is based in small village where the old houses are renewed and arranged in traditional look. The restaurant is close by, it's specious and breakfast choice is very good. Recomendation to anyone who visits Serra de Estrella. Owner has several dogs and they are all around, very friendly.

Great hotel with fantastic interior on magnificent place. Breakfast and dinner or fantastic, swimming pool too. If you can, go for the red hike, with pic nick from the hotel. The hike is amazing

The ambience is relaxed, perfect to recover from work stress. It has a really good family feel. The room was above my expectations as I didn't expect a little kitchen, a little table and chairs to eat at, or the additional bedroom for my daughter. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices and variety. The grounds are great for taking a walk, horse riding and swimming. There are adventure activities up in the trees for older kids and young adults. All the staff were exceptionally kind and nice. I particularly appreciated the kindness of the man in charge of horseriding towards my family on the horse rides. I hope to have the opportunity to return.
