The owners were super nice, they rent us bike to visit the historical park, give us a map and showed us what to do in sukhothai. The breakfast was excellent. The ressort is beautifull and calm. I strongly recommend this place, big thanks to them!

We stayed in the guesthouse, the resort is just around the corner, the standard of the resort is also noticeable in the guesthouse, everything is super neat, tidy and clean, the staff very helpful and English-speaking, if you found no one English-speaking in the guesthouse, you could easily turn to the staff of the resort! You can rent bikes from the resort and there is a very decent laundry service (drop off before 10am, back the same day at 5pm!).

Room very clean and well appointed. Large size and good facilities - shower tea making etc. All rooms have a balcony/ sitting area overlooking garden and pool. pool clean, not too much chlorine and a good size to swim. Nice gardens . C lose to good restaurants and an easy walk to Historical park ( around 15 minutes). Hotel rents good enough bikes for 50 baht for 24 hours. Breakfast was good enough for a few days as only small changes daily but reasonable mix of Thai and western options.
