Great location, beautiful room with lovely little touches. Drinking water and tea/coffee was great. Staff so friendly and we loved cuddling the cats in the cat room! Would definitely stay again if we were in Taipei.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional and we are sure to return back to the hotel because of the experience Steve, Andy and their team gave us. The staff were courteous, super clean and comfortable rooms and washrooms, great location ( centrally located), great breakfast spread which was super delicious- we were amazed by the variety served on all the eight days we stayed. Complimentary night snacking too were provided at the reception area between 9 pm and 5 am. Steve left us a thank you note as he wasn't around while we checked out on the last day ! We are avid travellers and have stayed in multiple hotels, this was the first time we felt deeply touched while leaving a hotel, we felt like we were leaving our home ! Thank you for the experience team 🙏 We'll come back for sure.

Love the location and the digital toilet! Location super convenient to go everywhere, subway is 5min walk and all food you can find near here! The room is very cosy, clean and the staff super amazing and helpful. Got a lot of information on where to go with them.

The rooms are clean and just right in size. The location is also great. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Ninshi night market. Although no breakfast is included in the package, there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel where you can get meals. The free flowing snacks also added great value to the price. Special thanks to the staff for helping us arrange transportation for the tour and to the airport. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I get a chance to go back to Taipei.

I have to start with an unfortunate event that turned out to be very fortunate for us: we stayed in this hotel at the time of the 7.4 earthquake in early April. The event itself was absolutely scary, but looking back we were very thankful to stay at this place instead of anywhere else. The building was all moving and shaking, but there was no damage at all thanks to the construction of the building. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The building is beautiful, including the interior and the room! We absolutely loved the white colours in the room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything, with a nice walk in closet, an office corner and a huge bathroom (we loved the Japanese style toilet :) ). The location is great, there are two shopping malls in a walking distance, with some nice restaurants.
