We felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were good on providing information, directions and overall trying to be the best they could be. Most were always interested on where we had visited or what we had done for the day. The staff including the manager were gracious and made you feel comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend this hotel and if we return to Franklin would stay again.

    We were upgraded to a nice suite with a double bed instead of the twin room we booked. There was a microwave and two fridges and coffee machine and a lot of space. Breakfast was nice with oatmeal and healthy options available instead of the usual sugary breakfast.
