The owners are kind and super responsive! I was also able to check myself in, which was really helpful as I came late on a Sunday. The area is amazing--walking distance to so many things, and the 4 tram that takes you into the heart of the city in a couple minutes. I was in the room on the fourth floor. I'd absolutely stay here again.
