The bright rooms at the Truite Hotel feature wooden floors, a private entrance, and a bathroom. Everything. It's a truly cute historic hotel in a beautiful gorge I would never have found on my own. The rooms are nice, in a sort of historic-french decor. Breakfast is fantastic, nicely set, French bread, coffee to order, organic local yogurt, etc. Peaceful and quiet, a bucolic little river flowing by, walking trails, trees... it is all that it seems and more. Oh and fresh trout for dinner. What the French can do with a little butter, flour, lemon, and salt and pepper is amazing.

I have just had the most amazing stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is picturesque, the rooms are spacious, the bed superb, and the bathrooms luxurious. But what really sets this hotel apart are the staff - they go above and beyond to make your stay a delight! One night they called all over town to get me into a busy restaurant because I had (shortsightedly) not made a reservation anywhere. Another day, I was unsuccessful in my hunt for French onion soup, and they asked the chef to prepare it, especially for me! I’d particularly like to thank Sarah, Nelson, Sébastien, and Imrân for making my weekend so relaxing. I have already booked my next stay and cannot wait to return!

Located at Neuchâtel's harbour, Hotel Beaulac is just a 2-minute walk from the historic city centre and the university. It features a restaurant with a lakeshore terrace, a sushi bar and a rooftop bar on the 7th floor. We had a lake view room, that besides the amazing view over the late with mountains in the background, also gave us a sense of privacy with a large terrace. A lot of great restaurants within walking distance Bathroom facilities is very nice

At the bed and breakfast, every unit is fitted with a desk. At the bed and breakfast, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Clean, good shower, comfy bed, good breakfast, perfect location, very quiet - what else needed? Would stay there again next time I'm back in Neuchatel.

The rooms are individually decorated with a romantic, smart or colourful theme. All rooms come with flat-screen cable TV and a minibar, an some have a kitchenette which can be used on request. The private bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. South-facing rooms offer view of the Neuchatel Castle, while north-facing rooms overlook the courtyard with its garden. Very cozy hotel. It is located at a walking distance from the railway station (I would say ten-fifteen minutes). Anyway, the bus stop is not far (one-two minute walking). The city centre begins immediately after the street, even if the core part is at five minute walking. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Rooms are accessible by stairs and elevator. I did appreciate the view on the castle, the light, the new furniture, and, above all, the cleanness. There is a buffet continental breakfast, with an automatic coffea-cappuccino-chocolate machine. I would only suggest a couple of further sweet options (cakes), but this is not a complaint (just a suggestion). I would definetely choose this hotel for future stayings. Congratulations to the whole staff!

All rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some rooms offers views of the lake. Everything. The room was lovely and in a perfect location in the old city of Neuchatel. . The breakfast was good and the service as well.
