The hotel did not recieve my boooking confirmation and it was a bit of a mess but they sorted it out for me kindly

Lovely and quiet night, with aircraft noise only starting around 8 am - which could be shut out by closing the double glazed windows. Very friendly receptionist who gave very detailed instructions for after hour check in. Great breakfast.

Guests have direct access to transport links, including the bus 23 which takes you to the RER B station. We stayed here one night after our Eurostar train was cancelled. The staff was so helpful and accommodating! The hotel was nice and clean!
