Friendly and hugely welcoming hosts. It was so lovely to meet John and Steph, a real delight. It was great the get some history of the area and excellent recommendations for walks and places to eat. As the other reviews said, the breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. So delicious! And watching the birds whilst having breakfast was just joyful. A real gem of a place, thoroughly recommended to everyone.

Surrounded by woodland, there are a number of trails for dog walkers, horse riders and cyclists. It is just 3 minutes' drive from the village of Burley. The property was perfect, absolutely lovely location. There’s something magical about it. We loved our stay.

The private bathrooms include rainmaking showers and a handheld. An amazing looking hotel not at all what I was expecting in an excellent location, easy to reach via public transport. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the restaurant menu is well worth a look.
