The hotel is nice and clean has everything we need, but the staffs are more than helpful. We had so much requests like going to hospital, pharmacy, joining tours and having a meeting room to do calls. They do all they can to help us and being super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 21st floor with an amazing view of Makati. The room is well equipped with kitchenette & washing machine. The master shower is big & water pressure strong.

Snorkeling gear and kayaks were available for free, so we were able to fully enjoy the ocean as well! The room and interior design were absolutely beautiful, and having breakfast on the terrace was such a lovely way to start the day. This hotel is perfect for escaping the crowds and noise of the city and experiencing the true luxury of island life. But above all, what touched us the most was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond our expectations and arranged everything to make sure our time here was truly special. The concierge, Mr. Gilbert was very kind and helped us perfectly to enjoy and organize everything in Manila. A special thank you to the very nice ladies at the reception (Abby and Dianne). They made us every time feel coming home.
