the Ryokan Manager, Mr. Kondo, has paid much attention to the finer details to really enhance the guest experience. Quality of food and drink were excellent, as were the facilities and service staff. Mr. Kondo himself was especially helpful with us when we encountered challenges with our onward travel arrangements and went out of his way to advise and even personally organized a solution for us. We made a mistake on our arrival date, the staff were wonderful, found rooms for us with no fuss and then helped with dinner booking at nearby restaurant. The private onsen was great and the rooms were very clean and spacious. I would highly reccomend.
