Everything. The location was amazing, the views front the garden. Located right beside the cruise boat(great for getting around) and beside a bus stop too. The staff were very friendly and we were lucky to have seen My Fuji from our room. Continental breakfast was great and the food in the restaurant was lovely.

Family onsen rooms are a pleasant surprise to us. It allowed us to shower and onsen as a family. The restaurant staff were all so friendly and kind, and they always prepared baby chair and baby bowl and utensils for our toddler. The location is convenient as there is a combini nearby for snacks - the hotel has its own shop too. The room was spacious, though unlike other Ryokans I've stayed at, the mattresses didn't get put away during the day - no biggie though as we didn't spend much time in the room during the day.
