The staff were very nice and explained every process! They were very helpful towards helping with bus routes. Even the morning I checked out they drove Me to the train station due to the heavy rain the busses werent running. In that process I managed to forget my bag and they were very responsive in shipping it to my next hotel. The private onsen was amazing! I overslept the first 10 minutes of my appointment so I missed out in 15 minutes but overall was an amazing experience nonetheless and highly recommend booking when you check in. The fact that it was raining made it even better!

We enjoyed our stay in traditional Japanese ryokan. For us it was a first experience and we truly could feel the relaxing atmosphere and hospitality. Traditional Japanese breakfast is very interesting to try, it’s more like a ceremony and restaurant’s stuff is extremely nice and professional. The location is also good, it’s a short walk to Shuzhenji walking area. The hotel has a nice landscape, every house has its own privacy.
