The futons were soft and comfortable. We were a big family travelling together all of us agreed that the rooms were cosy and spacious with plenty of sunlight flooding in. On top of that was we were able to see the stunning view of the Fuji mountain from our rooms. Love the traditional onsens, not one but two. Great location and the Fuji 5 lakes nearby. The room was very clean and spacious, we also had a very nice view of Mount Fuji from parts of the room. Private onsen was excellent as well. Everything was provided like a 5-star hotel, from toiletries to drinks, they even had a towel warmer! The bed was more comfortable than some hotels. The family managing the Ryokan is very welcome and they all speak good English. The room was very big, with great views and comfortable. TheY have complimentary hot spring for guest use.
