It was a nice experience. Even with the language barrier, we could enjoy our stay in a comfortable environment. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. The onsen is great and the room is really big for 2 people, overall my husband and I were very happy with our stay and would recommend and stay again.

Excellent establishment, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was very cozy and clean. The environment was peaceful and calming. We enjoyed the spring bath too! The hotel offers a shuttle car to pick up and drop you off at the nearest station which is very convenient. We were welcomed by very kind staff who made our stay extra nice. Thank you! This was the most elegant and restful stay of my life. Food is incredible - deserves a bib gourmand! Rooms are large and comfortable with a view. Onsen is lovely. The best is the free alcohol and hot drink service in the evenings around the fireplace. Definitely stay here if you can! It’s once in a lifetime type stuff
