We were two family of 4, there was more than enough space and amenities were great, quiet location but walking distance to beach, sites and close to local tram. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one!

The place was SO lovely. Every detail was well tought through. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the onsen spa was perfect and calm. The breakfast was yummy and had so many different things and was beautifully displayed. The foods were different each morning. We loved the tea set and the yukatas that were provided in the room.

The hotel was wonderful, we couldn‘t wish for more. The staff was very attentive and helped us with everything. Very cool hotel, somewhat hidden away on a side street, with an austere, elegant feel. Bedroom was a huge low futon on a step-up in a tatami room. All black with a white bed. Shower/bath tub Japanese style, which was very enjoyable. Very private and quiet. A great section of Yokohama, with lots going on outside, with some fun restaurants. Wonderful spot that we hope to return to.
