Each room includes a fridge, private toilet, and guests bathe at the hot-spring baths. Japanese-style futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor is provided. Yukata robes are offered for guests. Exceptional property and well worth what we paid for it. Amazing views from the onsen (public and shared with other hotel guests, but both times we used it there was nobody there. Quite a private experience and it was great to watch the sun set!) The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious and the experience was one we’ll never forget. The staff picked us up at Kawaguchiko station and brought our bags straight to our room after check in. We enjoyed the tea and snack while soaking in the views.10/10 would visit again!
