The tiny holiday house was truly special and exceeded our expectations by far. You could feel a personal touch everywhere, it was nicely decorated for Easter. The family was very welcoming. The tiny house is on a family property but has enough privacy and loads for the kids to play with, especially outside. If we return to this area, Karlchens Finnhütte is definitely the place to stay at! Thank you family Potschka!

The Stadtvilla seems newly renovated, the room was very nice, clean and spatious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom, the kitchenette, the textiles, all have quality details. The location in central Altstadt is perfect, the hosts are kind and helpful, and there is free parking. We stayed in room no 8 which also has a beautiful balcony overlooking Nicolaikirche and the rooftops. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back to Rostock in the future.

The apartment was super clean, warm and very cosy. it had everything that one could possibly need! The host even provided us with dishwasher and washing machine tablets, just enough for our stay. the location was also perfect - 10 minutes to the railway station and 10 minutes to the centre in the opposite direction. There was a grocery shop just round the corner. Netflix was also a big bonus :)
