Good location on the island - many points of interest can be easily reached; large TV (Samsung) with apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), overall comfortable bed, relatively nicely arranged interior. The apartment was pre-heated before our arrival - so this was great. The apartment has also large fridge, dishwasher and other kitchen amenities.

Terje is very warm, friendly and kind person. He gave us lot of information about the Farøyar, the life on those beautiful islands, about the nature and local customs. Staying at Terje was like being at home. The house is big, extremely clean, bright. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything, even spices, coffee, …… The living room, big terrace with the view over the fjord. It was so nice and romantic we were awake late at night. It is not only accomodation , it is home! Terje, thankk you!

Amazing place! Due to its location it's a great base to explore most of the islands and at the same time it's very quiet and peaceful, so you can really relax here after a long day. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the flat is modern, spacious and comfortable, one of the best I have ever stayed in. There is nothing we missed, I only wish we stayed here longer.

This lovingly remodeled boat house was even better than we could have imagined. It was cozy and warm during the cool May evenings and mornings, the view of the fjord (and of Hósvík itself) was breathtaking, and everything inside was spotless. What a privilege to get to stay here and take in the everyday life of locals (a preschool came by to the beach one morning, and one evening we saw the rowing club take a boat out into the ocean). Gunnbjørn was a great host and very communicative both before and during our stay. If we return to the Faroe Islands, we'll certainly stay here again.

The apartment was a comfortable base for exploring Faroe Islands. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. It was a safe haven we returned to with pleasure after a day of hiking. Gudny was always available to answer all our questions and his brother even replied from a fishing boat in the North Sea :) All in all, it was a very good experience. Thank you!
