Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. Everything was perfect. The apartment has the best location in the centre but is quiet at night. It is spacious, new and very comfortable, not to mention pretty, exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is very very well equipped, the elevator is now operational and the owner very nice and responsive. This is defenitely a first 10 for me in Georgia

This flat is great for anyone wanting to explore Kutaisi. It's a good size, perfect for a couple or a small family (with 2 bedrooms and a giant livingroom. It's an easy walk to all the main sights, but is in a quieter neighbourhood. The hosts are lovely, always very helpful and offer some amazing wine and nice home-made whiskey for guests.
