Everything was absolutely amazing! The hotel exceeded all expectations – the owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. the place is very beautiful, the apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent, we blew a tire on the road to rhe apparment and it was an official holiday in Georgia, but the host helped us find a jack and was always in touch. I would love to return to this house!

Property has fantastic views of the mountains.House is lactated perfectly that you have beautiful nature views from the living room, bedroom and the outside terrace.Cottage provides excellent amenities and every detail is well thought of.Kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more from dishes and wine glasses, cookware, and even a waffle maker.We were pleasantly surprised by finding binoculars that we gladly used to observe every detail on the landscape.It was magic to wake up in the morning and see the breathtaking Kazbek right from the bed.Everything in the house is modern, very cozy and well maintained.

It's perfect. Nice location, a bit out of the village and close to the hiking trail. New and comfortable room, beautiful interior. Good WiFi, I had zoom calls and it was smooth. Very beautiful nature all around. Nice and helpful staff, helped me to get to Kazbegi when I needed.

    The kindest host - she is wonderful and helped to organise a driver for us, and a brilliant spot for self catering with laundry and full (shared) kitchen. Bedroom is huge and the shower is very good. The view from balcony is wonderful - same view as Rooms for a quarter the price! City view rooms have the best view out to the church and mountain. Several excellent close restaurants without walking down to the town.
