All staff is friendly and tries to welcome you at the best standards possible. The room is very cleaned, beds are compy. I did not use the kitchen facilities but looks complete to me. The pool is smaller than I expected but still no problem. It is very close to the beach and there are several beach bars close . Our apartment was clean, comfortable, modern, we had a small kitchenette with everything you need it. There are 2 swimming pools and a bar. Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Perfect location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was a pleasure to stay there, we felt like at home. If I come back to Crete I will stay there again.
