Overall, the accommodation looks very good – clean and comfortable – but unfortunately, it’s not worth the price. The rate was quite high for what was actually offered. I was disappointed to find that although it was advertised as having a sea view, there was none. The "terrace" was just a small area outside the room that opened directly into the yard – not what I expected. There was also no internet available, which made the stay less convenient. Another downside is the poor location: there are no shops nearby, and the nearest supermarket is 4 km away, which is quite inconvenient if you don’t have a car. All in all, while the place looks nice and is clean, the high price and misleading details made the experience a bit disappointing.

Fabulous location a few km outside lovely small fishing village of Agios Nicholas where there were plenty of restaurants. Walk down a path to a bay for swimming - getting in by a ladder. Great ambience.

I was a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe. I was skeptical about renting a room due to bad experiences in the past, but I was convinced by the price and the fact that the homeowner was a woman. I really appreciated that right after booking, I received a message clarifying that it was just a room and not the whole house, and that I could cancel the reservation for free. At that moment, I felt I was dealing with honest and kind people. Another plus was that I could communicate fluently in English. The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful. She didn’t interfere with guests' lives and was almost invisible. The house had its own charm, and the views around were wonderful. A shop and restaurant are very close to the house. The place is clean, well-kept, and you can really feel the Greek atmosphere – time seems to pass slowly there. I found exactly what I needed, and I will definitely come back.

Wonderful apartment. Everything new inside modern and clean. We slept on the sofa bed which i was a bit worried about for 2 adults but that was the most comfy sofa bed. Amazing verandah to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning and a drink in the afternoon. I was very pleasantly surprised. Photos don't do justice.

    Very clean and large stone house, wellcoming people, very helpfull. 5 minuts from the beach and local taverna and bar, great view from the balconies 360° (there are some), comfortable beds and closets, all in new condition. We had all that we needed in the kitchen including some basic staff for our arrivel at night time and fresh vegtables from the garden in the morning, We were very happy in this house. Thank you so much ♥️

    The house is spacious and comfortable. There is air-conditioning in the two bedrooms and a lot of equipment (vacuum cleaner, washing machine, kitchen hove, coffee machine, teas...), butter and even really good jam in the fridge! We didn't meet the owner but his mother. She was nice and showed us the house. It's located in a quiet village with a wonderful view on the valley. You can reach nice beaches in some minutes by car and there are two big supermarkets in Stupa nearby.
