Great, 3 night stay. Room very comfortable and extremely clean with air-conditioning and a small, cute balcony 🙂 Spacious shower, tea & coffee facilities with snacks, local raki, etc. Superb location in the centre of Chania, between charming alleys. Team very friendly and welcoming 😀

We visited this apartment for only one night. We were supposed to arrive at noon but because of constant delays from our airlines we arrived at night. Throughout the day the apartment staff was pretty helpful and gave me solutions to all the enquiries. We were pretty surprised when we arrived since the apartment was even better than we expected. Very clean, cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood and in a convenient location to the city centre. 5 stars and surely recommend it. We will be back soon

Palazzo di Irene was a fantastic stop in our Crete trip! The place seems to be recently renovated. It's in the heart of the old town with amazing restaurants just next to it and 1 minute away from the harbor. Bed was extremelly comfy and shower was fantastic. Very nice terrace to chill. The check-in is very easy, but Noni came to meet us and provided us with nice tips. Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful, large apartment with a balcony facing the street. Great location, the old town starts on the opposite side. You can easily walk to all sights. The service was very good and exceptionally friendly. We got a lot of tips and help on our questions. Thank you again Hara for the wonderful time at TheJoy Residence Apartment

Amazingly clean, modern and perfectly located hotel. The location couldn't be better. You are one street away from Chanias' old town. You won't get the noise from the street and yet you are perfectly located. I managed to find parking just two streets down the apartment, so that was quite nice. Street parking is for free in Crete so its quite convenient to not need to pay for private parking. The service is out of this world, Nikos at the reception was always happy to give local tips and chitchat a bit about things to do, what kind of food to try and also to help out with minor things. The apartment has a modern AC in both the living room and the bedroom. They even provide a really good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You can also ask for towels to take to the beach, that's quite cool. Room service keeps the apartment tidy and clean every day. There's a modern TV so you can log on Netflix if you want, good wardrobes, enough utensils to cook, a spacious patio and a good couch. Also, at the end of my trip I ended up booking the hotel one day less than I should have booked. They helped me and managed with the other guests such that I could stay with them for another night: the situation was quite funny because me and my girlfriend were out for the entire day on a ferry tour, so we couldn't go back to the hotel. They managed everything and at the end of the day everything worked out. Thank you again for helping us out: I really appreciate it 😊
