New, modern, clean and fully equipped house in a peaceful environment. The quality of this accommodation is exceptional, for the price you will not find anything better in Hungary. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and it is beautifully decorated throughout. The location is ideal if you are visiting places in the area. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer, but will definitely return.

Fantastic decorations, even the appliances were complimenting the theme of the apartment. Amazing place in the city centre, you are walking distance away from the watermill-lake, and the city restaurants and bakeries. The view to the city from the dining room is breath-taking, especially during early mornings and sunset. The kitchen/ dining room is well equipped, free Netflix service is a great addition since the nearby town's leisure facilities close after 5pm, except the pubs and restaurants.

The apartment is impeccably decorated, as is the exterior of the house. Everything is tastefully decorated, color coordinated, many small details that ensure a pleasant stay. We had a wonderful time. The location is very good for seeing the sights on the northern part of Balaton. This is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in so far. When I'm in this area again, I will definitely choose this place to stay. I highly recommend it.

We called the host at check-in and they kindly came in person to show us around the room. Please note that it's on the 4th floor with no elevator, but once you enter the apartment, the breathtaking view and cleanliness of the room make it all worth it. They welcomed us with chocolates, and when we asked for dish soap, they brought it right away—along with a bottle of local wine (Lugas Apartman Otelló-Izabella 2020)! The wine was delicious, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. Truly a thoughtful and kind host who made our stay memorable. Thank you so much!
