We had a really comfortable and cosy stay. Lovely home with everything we needed. Would recommend. Really appreciated the open fire already burning when we arrived (even if the house was beautifully cosy without it).

This was the perfect stay for our family with young children. The location was picturesque. The fridge had milk and water and there was tea, coffee and cereal complimentary. We were able to park right outside the front door. The cabin is so cosy inside, with really comfortable beds, great attention to detail and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space. We especially loved the huge wet room ensuite and the flat screen TV in the master bedroom. We were even blessed with a fan to keep us cool on the hottest night of the year!! Outside there is a hammock and a trampoline which I'm sure we could have made use of had we had more time to stay. The cabin is within a short walk of several bars, shops and restaurants, which is very convenient. Overall, this is definitely one of my new favourite places to stay (and we are regular travellers). We will be back!

Clean, quiet, perfect! We landed in Dublin, went sightseeing then drove to The Bothy for our first night in Ireland. It was the perfect, peaceful, quiet spot for our first night. The owners were lovely. We had everything we needed. She bakes a loaf of soda bread for you and it's delicious! It was the perfect spot for stepping off the rest of our travels! Highly recommend this spot!

Clean private and all on ground floor so my dad did not have any accessibility problems - very much in a very remote location and would need a car and sat nav to access it - no shops or restaurants near but as we were driving this wasn’t too much of a problem. All kitchen utensils were modern with tea and coffee available. Beds comfortable although bathroom very small and a very noisy shower - plenty of towels in cupboards and Wi-Fi available - very friendly hosts and all in all a wonderful couple of days stay

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It felt very homey, cozy, and perfectly clean. The photos fully match reality. All the appliances were in great working order. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking — including spices, oils, and more. Maureen thoughtfully left us some bread, milk, butter, coffee machine capsules, and cookies — such a warm and welcoming touch! Although we were delayed on the way, Maureen kindly waited for us, which we really appreciated. Even though the house was a bit off our main route, we’re so glad we chose this place. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay at heather cottage, from the warm welcome to the horses outside, it was absolutely fabulous! The cottage was superb,clean,tidy, had a beautiful Irish touch but still very modern and had absolutely everything we needed! The hosts were incredible, I will miss the Irish hospitality that’s for sure! Kids had a blast and had plenty of room to play outside. It was a short walk to knock and a short drive to all major landmarks and knock airport, very easy to get on the motorway from here. I cannot say enough about this property, it was simply brilliant. We will definitely be back again, it will be our home away from home. We made the most beautiful memories here. Thank you to Mary, Billy and Tony, we cannot express our gratitude enough, forever grateful.
