We stayed at Oughterard Homeshare for 2 nights, in a spaceous double room with a extra single bed and ensuite bathroom. Comfortable bed. The location is absolutely beautiful, the scenery is breathtaking. The People are friendly. Claire the home owener was extremely friendly and kind, and loved our company. I definitely would love to come back to The Corrib to see and explore the area a bit more and would love to stay at Oughterard Homeshare.

A great escape to the country just 15 minutes from Galway. Very tastefully decorated new lodge in farmhouse setting. Private and quiet location with friendly, helpful host. Tea & coffee facilities, but needed to bring your own milk. There was a local shop close by to get food supplies for breakfast and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything else we needed.

Brilliant location on the Galway mayo west Ireland. Jennifer is amazing such care to detail checking everything is ok giving advice about where to visit and other things. A lovely lady I cannot recommend her highly enough. Comfy huge bed living room kitchen everything you need wifi smart tv quiet. Nice private place even though it’s attached to the main house you feel like it’s totally separate, also cute place to sit on patio also private with lovely plant pots. Wonderful time newly built modern but with style own parking in front of apartment. Hidden gem! Cong Galway Ballinrobe Westport Sligo great place to drive from and discover beautiful Ireland 🇮🇪

The property is beautiful lots to do with kids and lots of nature. The fairy trails were great. Very calm and clear and staff were incredible. It is well staffed there’s always someone close by to help. Very friendly and really good above and beyond!
