The owner, Martin is the nicest, kindest gentleman and I can honestly say there isn't a thing he wouldn't do for you. It's a great little haven in a beautiful part of the country. Can't recommend it enough. Definitely an experience not to be missed!

Beautiful studio B&B ,on a farm in the countryside,fantastic accommodation with everything you could need, absolutely spotless,the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Owners are always on hand to help and give directions. I would happily return here at any time of the year and it's so quiet although there's a great pup a couple of kilometres away in Redcross,a village shop and a little craft shop,The Latin Quarter where you buy anything from crafts to coffee and a massive selection of home baked goods.

Location was fabulous. Lovely walk along the water a short way into town. We met so many friendly families and dogs along the pathway. Ruth was very helpful and ensured we had everything we need for our stay. Lovely home touches in the cottage itself to make our stay comfortable. Parking was right out front.

We had a wonderful stay! The setting was simply exceptional, a true haven of peace. We especially enjoyed the walk around the farm, surrounded by animals, which made our experience even more memorable. For those who want to walk in the Wicklow Mountains or do the Miners Walk at Glendalough, the Upper and Lower Lake: Hacketstown is a beautiful starting point. By car you are in your walking area within half an hour. By train from Carlow an hour to the heart of Dublin. The apartment above the Corner's Pub is approx. 100 m2, practical and well furnished for 2 to 4 people. The owners are the same owners of the pub downstairs, where you can also enjoy a nice meal. Everything around the same square: a supermarket, a takeaway, a pharmacy and a doctor's office. Highly recommended. We were completely happy with this apartment.

The property is stunning and very tastefully furnished. There were two large comfortable sitting rooms,a lovely well equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with beautiful bed linen. The garden was extremely pleasant and the herd of sheep in view from the dining table was very restful as well as amusing.Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful and had provided us with a very generous welcome pack. It was in a very quiet location but once we had sorted out the local geography we easily found our way round the attractive countryside.
