Very cozy, family house. It has everything you need, a bonus hot tub. The greenhouse has very tasty cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, many thanks to the hosts for the treat. It is necessary to note the kind dog that came to visit us. Being in the house there was a feeling of comfort and pleasure.

Lovely remote cabin on a horses breeding farm, great for the dark nights Aurora sighting. The cabin was warm and very comfortable and had everything we needed! Parking right outside your door. We gad a lovely chat with the farmer who showed us around the stables. All their horses were so beautiful and it was so lovely to meet them properly. Would certainly stay again if and when we are back in Iceland.

Our stay was wonderful! Iceland’s weather may be unpredictable, but its beauty more than makes up for it. Even after reading all the previous, raving reviews, we were still very positively surprised - the apartment really has more than everything we could possibly need. Another “magical” plus, even with self-check in & out (by definition cold and person-less), Lucy somehow made it have a human touch. We totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage in the remote woods of Borganes. The apartment is so serene & secluded, very clean. and We did not get the chance to use the hot tub. We enjoyed a clear view of the Northern Lights from the balcony of the cottage for a least an hour & took lots of photos. The host is very nice and helpful with all information and directions. We plan to come back to this area and stay at this cottage again. They have 3 bedrooms (2 in the ground floor and 1 on the attic), 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and an outdoor hot tub. Totally well stocked & equipped and has everything we needed to cook family dinner.
