Friendly owner and we easily arranged our arrival time. The building has a fenced parking lot. The apartment is on the second floor (attic) and there is no elevator. The apartment is beautiful, tidy, clean, and functional. The kitchen is well equipped. In the bathroom, we were welcomed with ready toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo. Everything else was fine. We enjoyed the excellent view of the city of Benevento. Recommended.

    Great location, just off the center of town on a quiet street. Host was very responsive when messaging. Left us some great local pastries for breakfast. Small property, think there was one other room, shared entrance from the street. Bedroom was spacious with a nice kitchen area. Everything was clean, and plenty of towels etc. Fast internet. Had to part a short way from the property but it was totally fine. Would stay again!

    I would miss my stated arrival time as my train was running late, but on texting the owner, he met me outside the property. If running late contacting them is an absolute must as this is NOT a B&B but an Apartment, [I don't think I messed up so that needs to be made clearer] as without being met you will never be able to find nor access the flat. Kitchen with help yourself "breakfast".

    Emilio gave excellent instructions for parking and accessing the B&B, which was a 2 min walk to the centre of town. The room was very comfortable with breakfast provided in the kitchenette. Great TV. Good location.

    Very clean, spacious and beautiful mini-apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need. It was very clean and I highly appreciated the air conditioning to create the perfect climate. It is ground floor with direct access from the street but it has a very safe door and window, and it's quite silent.
