Excellent location, clean, well equiped and spacious appartment, very friendly and helpful host, parking in the garage right below the building. They even prepared for us complimentary wine and water. We loved everything and would defitinitely like to come back for longer stay.

Excellent hotel location in the city centre, lovely balcony - we could see the sea and sunset. Very very kind hotel mananger, pointed us to the best restaurants and gave us room upgrade. You can borrow bicycles at the hotel to ride around the city (for free). Definitely recommend.

The apartment was very convenient for 2 adults and our 2 kids, and even for our dog. The balcony is super nice for having breakfast and dinner there. The kitchen has everything you need for a few days’ stay and there is a big screen tv should you wish to watch a movie together.

    Very nice swimming pool. Good location almost outside Grado but in a green area. Apartment simply furnished and rather uncomfortable for longer stays (poor kitchen equipment, no seating inside).

They rent bikes, very convenient for getting around in Grado. The facility has a reception, and when needed they are willing to help or to advise on the sights and things to do...

    The appartment is not very modern but it was cristal clear, very comfortable with very well equiped kitchen There is almost everything what you may need during holidays stay. It also has an easy to use parking place and a huge balcony. Check in is very easy with the agency close to it. Windows are to the east so, even with about 30 outside we had not to switch the AC on (end of June). For two persons it’s very comfortable but even 4 should feel very good.
