Villa Magnolia is a lovely accommodation with beautiful gardens, providing a pool and outside seating. The apartment is in excellent condition, tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment remained cool, even on the very hot days. It was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a pharmacy very close to the property and two small, well stocked supermarkets only a five minute walk. Our hosts were lovely and very attentive. They provided transport to and from the train station, which was very much appreciated, and well worth the cost.

We liked everything, too bad our stay was short. It is a lovely space, equipped with all you need, clean, confortable and nicely decorated. You have a parking spot indoor and an elevator to reach level 0 for your stay. The host is very kind and helpful, Iele gave us some great suggestions of pastry shops and places to eat. The view is amazing, the jacuzzy is a treat and the garden is beautiful. We will be back here for sure!

Booked this at short notice and it worked out perfectly. Wasn't in the apartment too long but it was comfortable and clean and had all the bits you would want. Lenno is a little quieter than other villages around Como but a perfect stop for a night or 2. What really made the trip though was Elena our hostess. She was great for communicating beforehand. She then met us at the bus stop which was close and walked us to the apartment and showed us around and then on check out kindly let us keep our bags there while we went to the villa which was so handy. Thanks again Elena!

Dream Holiday is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Everything is decorated with great attention to detail, making you feel right at home. Location is perfect. Very central in Menaggio but not noisy at all. I stayed in apartment 1, a one bedroom apartment which was more spacious than I expected. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine and 4 capsules ready for use. Fridge had a 1.5 litre bottle of water and a bottle of white wine. There was also a Bialetti coffee maker and everything else you might need for a week or two stay. WiFi was excellent and easy to connect (by scanning a QR code) and there was a smart TV which was able to connect to YouTube, Netflix and Prime. There were even umbrellas in the common hallway for guests to use on rainy days. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Serena was the person I met and she was very helpful and had very good English. I had a small plumbing problem on the first day of my stay and it was sorted out later that same day when I was out and about. Also, Serena arranged getting a taxi for me in the last day of my stay at short notice. All in all, one of, if not the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended.

The property was very clean, with a spectacular view from the garden and close to the city center. Giles was very nice, he helped us to check-in earlier (we were in a hurry because of an appointment and we needed to dress up). Unusually for Como lake, it was very hot the days we here there and Giles brought us a second ventilator without asking. Also, the communication was very good on WhatsApp, he responded very quickly, and sent us tips with restaurants and supermarkets close to the apartment. I will recommend the apartment to my friends! Thank you for your hospitality!
