We had a long journey, travelling through 12 countries and even though we arrived late in the night, the owner waited for us, for welcoming and instructions. Then, getting in, was a real nice suprise: a large apartment with a very well maintained furniture from 70s- 80s , with no smell of old... everything arranged with a very sense of design. Except for the kitchen and the batroom which were modern endowed ... very nice ... it was a pitty we were not able to stay more in the area ... then, many welcoming goodies and coffe available ... Grazie !

This was our first visit to Italy, and it was a wonderful and memorable experience. We were very lucky with our choice of accommodation — the place was excellent, clean, and comfortable with no issues at all. thank you for this wonderful accommodation in the city center of Varese. I really felt like home here. The apartment is perfectly cleaned. We received a lot of wonderful snacks from the owner. The owner is a very helpful and pleasant person, he is always available on his mobile and is also a big dog lover.

Our time at RIAREL was great - the room with bathroom was spacious, new and exceptionally clean, as well as the common areas; we had no issues whatsoever. The place is tucked away from traffic in the small village of Rodero, a good location to visit Como and the surrounding areas within a short drive. Don't worry about the 'self-serve' breakfast: it's generous, with plenty of choice and of good quality; the kitchen is well kept and you have everything you need to cook meals for yourself. Carlo is an exceptional host, friendly and kind, and provided some good tips for restaurants and things to do during our short stay.

The apartment is in a quite beautiful area uphill Como town, great view. You can walk downhill to the city center or take a bus, the stop is pretty close. It's really clean and has everything you need and more for comfortable stay. Rostyslava, the owner made sure we felt welcomed and cosy. She's extremely sweet and charming young lady, we had mineral water, coffee, tea and even some prosecco with candies to celebrate the arrival. There's hair-drier, iron, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen.. Beds are really comfortable, everything is really clean and new.
