120% perfect from the start to the end. We arrived quite late, but did not have to wait and Fausta did contact us before to tackle all formalities, so that after arrival we could rest. Safe parking. Perfect, newly renovated house. Everything family needed was there. Owner even thought about details like cold water in fridge for drinking. Small breakfast, coffee, sweets for kids. I was told on which channel football championship match was available immediately. Owner gave information in a very friendly and non-intrussive way. Our family likes when privacy is respected and it really was. We did get tips and tricks, like local events and places worth visiting even though our stay was short. Perfect property and perfect host. Nice garden. Super clean. I felt like visiting mom's or best friend's house :) Will definitely book more stays in the future.

Peaceful rural location. Fully equipped. Tastefully decorated. Well laid out accommodation over two floors. Lovely to have a bath as well as a shower room. Nice little garden for some private space overlooking fields. Secure private parking close to our door.

New, clean apartment on quiet location in the nature. Mirko is very friendly and polite person, always ready to help. It would be nice to stay there few more days to enjoy in nature and quietness. Is on perfect location to visit Cremona after check-out :)

It was one of the best experinces we had on booking.com. Very authentic place, run by family. Giorgenzo, the host was so nice, it's rare to meet such welcoming people: he helped us with check in, with no problem helped us to move to a bigger apartment (we were 2 couples and did not pay attention we booked a unit with single beds). Extremely nice communication. That was amazing. And the territory was so beautiful, we came with a dog, and my father likes to walk outside - it was perfect location to do that. Around there are wine fields, where you can have a walk too. Supermarket is in driving distance, ~5-7 min drive.

Our stay at the apartment in Cremona was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Barbara made us feel incredibly welcome. She provided a thorough tour of the property, explaining how everything worked, and was always available to answer any questions. The apartment itself was perfect for three adults and a toddler. The location was unbeatable. The apartment is just a stone's throw from the main square, which is bustling with bars and restaurants. Despite being so close to the action, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return to this apartment if we ever find ourselves back in Cremona. The location is perfect. Close to everything.Giulio is the perfect host. He makes you feel welcome and help you with everything you need. We really appreciated that we had a new and clean cot for our baby and a minimal style flat which was super suitable for our baby who crawls and grabs things.

great flat in the heart of the city, just a minute walk from the cathedral, very clean, has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. very nice owner who was very flexible about arrival time (easy communication), met me in person and helped me with directions to some places i wanted to go to. would def come back!
