Well quiet place. Friendly landlord.lot of helpful information. As a srilankan came from uk they offered string hopper and kiribath another day with fresh fruits and juice. Tea was great. My son loves coffee he loves too.Mr.kumara who serve food and room service with pleasant smile and humble. We love it. If we come we come again. Most place we been cheated with commends. This place is great. We wish them the best. Trust me you'll be enjoy. Because I don't want you'll be to disappointed. Speak the truth we traveller's as one. We don't don't each other. Washing machine and Iron board also available. TV with Prime Video & Premium You Tube(Add free). Fast Wi-Fi access to our phones and laptops... Overall excellent. Installed with CCTV and can monitor form Ground Floor and Upstairs monitor in the hallway. Very Safe place.

We discovered Teal Villa online two days before our departure for Sri Lanka and made a last minute decision to change our booking. Sherden made immediate contact and kept in close touch on our very late arrival into Colombo. He was there past midnight to greet us and show us around the property. What a wonderful find this property is. It’s a chance for a group of up to 8 to stay in a charming, beautifully furnished house with creeping bougainvillea, delightful private courtyards, and a lovely wrought iron bannistered-spiral staircase. The house is spacious, bright and clean, and has plenty of seating areas for people to find a quiet corner. Also, there is a billiards table at the top floor. There are air-cons and fans in every room, mosquito nets over the beds and every room has an en-suite bathroom so no need to share. Would come again in a heartbeat. Wonderful hospitality.
