The hospitality at this guesthouse was exceptional. Aya was incredibly kind, always ready to offer helpful advice and assistance. A heartfelt thank you for the delicious homemade breakfasts. The hosts’ attention to detail and availability were outstanding. The breakfast was not only excellent but also very generous. The value for money is unbeatable. An experience to recommend without hesitation. I felt completely at home – everything was absolutely perfect.

We stayed on the first floor (room 2) and loved every minute of our stay. We received a warm welcome by the owner Mohammed and the new receptionist/ caretaker Bushra with a very friendly chat and Moroccon mint tea. Mohammed and Bushra went way beyond their duties to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately our son was unwell during the visit and we had to stay in the Riad all the time, but we were never bored. Bushra was always available with a pleasant smile to help us and answer our questions. The breakfast was varied with Moroccon breads and omelette/eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. Having breakfast on the terrace was the best way to start the day :) We were also offered packed breakfast on our last day as we had to leave early. The other caretaker Zakaria was also friendly and kind to allow us to have our dinner on the terrace (note that take away is not very popular in Fes) and providing plates and cutlery. He also arranged a taxi to the airport on our last day. The Riad itself is beautiful, very well maintained and clean, and the location in the middle of the medina is perfect to visit the old town. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely visit again. Big thank you to Mohammed, Bushra and Zakaria for making our stay pleasant at the Riad. The staff was excellent and very helpful. They arranged a fantastic tour guide for us for a full day, and we learned about the secrets of the old city and its beautiful alleys. Beautiful ancient family house in the heart of Medina. The host is a very kind and generous man. Always willing to help. He also offered us nice soup and tea out of goodwill when we arrived. The house is 700 years old passed on to him through generations. The interiors are no less than a museum. Very clean, well decorated and beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay in this building as we kept admiring and taking pictures of the interiors designs and antiques throughout our stay. A unique experience to remember. Good value for money. Highly recommended to everyone traveling to Fes.

    A spacious, exceptionally clean and very beautiful apartment on the quiet residential side of medina. Easy to find if you arrive from Bab Ziat (about 5min walk and GPS works ok). Very well equipped kitchen.
