    The appartement was properly equipped with kitchen utensils and everything worked ok. When the main AC broke they send someone to fix it a day later. Location is good: Walmart Express nearby, quit, nice, clean, secure several restaurants, parking lot etc.

    Very good option in San Pedro, rooms have kitchen and a small living room. It is quite pricy, especially compared to similar options in central Monterrey, but all San Pedro is very expensive. There is a free parking. I stayed two days, the first day the breakfast was OK, the second morning it was really good. Nothing to really complain about.
