Everything. Very nicely kept apartment, nice and tidy, complimentary tea and coffe was a nice touch. Close to train (we walked), easy to get to and from, close to ZOO, small shop zabka in the building, bakery and large supermarket on the corner, public transport/trams close by, we walked from town square with our 7yo one of the days.

The apartment is cozy and beautiful just like in the photos. All the crucial amenities are there: oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, etc. Just outside the building there is Zabka, a small retail shop with everything you need. The bus station is a couple of minutes away, but the location is such that everything is within walking distance. The location for me is the best aspect of this accommodation: literally the best restaurants and bars in the city are in this area (we recommend Bangcook, Happa to Mame, Falla, Pythagoras). The owner, Karol, was super helpful and very quick to respond, a huge plus to the overall experience! All in all, excellent experience, heartily recommend!
