They helped you when you have trouble opening the door or just in general to get around Västerås. The location was very convenient due to the vicinity of the bus station and convenient store nearby and the neighbourhood seemed very peaceful with good access to the bike route. Lots of space, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We even went for a dip in the lake. Hosts welcomed us on arrival and were lovely. I didn't know there was access to a fully equipped kitchen and access to washing machines, and that was certainly a bonus. The bedroom was very large and comfortable.
