Dee was extremely welcoming and made me immediately feel like being home. The house and the garden are lovely, equipped with good taste and relaxing vibes. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to participate in the offered activities (except from riding a bike around Moshi, which was great! :-) ), but will definitely come back to explore more.

We had such a nice stay at this accommodation and I would definitely recommend it! The rooms are very cozy, the food is so good and the team is just amazing. The hostel is not directly in the city but it’s a calm and friendly neighbourhood and the drive to the city (about 12min) is cheap and it’s very good to reach. Cosmas (the owner) is such a kind and heartwarming person and tried everything to make sure we felt comfortable and like home. He was like our personal tour guide and showed us everything - villages, local food, the city, beautiful nature places and organised some trips like a Safari. Truly the best hostel experience I’ve ever had, this is so much more than just a place where you sleep. It felt like home and is an experience we will never forget, thank you Rafiki! If you want to really have a local experience in Tanzania - local food, the culture and people, beautiful nature, the language - this is the place to be!

Deo was just amazing! He helped us with everything and was even waiting at the airport several hours for us in the middle of the night as our flight was delayed. Best host and great tourguide!! Absolutely recommend to stay there and to join his tours

We felt very comfortable during the week we spent at Lyimos Guesthouse. Theo's warm and very personal care was exceptional. We could always use his taxi services for various visits to schools in the area. The fact that he also took us shopping at the market and asked for special requests gave us a familiar feeling. The offer to use the kitchen, where the delicious food was prepared, also contributed to this. This great accommodation and the stimulating long conversations with Theo will remain in our memories for a long time.

    We loved the Karibu African Home. Firstly everybody from the staff was extemely helpful and connected us with a driver, gave us tips where to dine and what to see. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and super clean. The kitchen staff considered our preferences and the food was delicious. Unfortunately we only stayed for three days, but we'll definately will come back next time. Peter created a cozy, very wellcoming space that gives nothing but good vibes. Thank you!!!

    My wife and I were very comfortable staying at Faraja homestay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as vegans. We were able to rent a motorbike and travel around the province. Everything was very clean and in working condition.
